Job Description Purpose:
Manage a team of Sales Account Managers that are assigned client relationships with some of American Modern's key relationships. As the leader of this team, this role will own accountability for profitable growth from the team's assigned accounts. Highlights:

Responsibilities:
Manages the individuals that manage account relationships with expert understanding and knowledge of program structure and processes. Has the ability, if needed, to solely manage large premium accounts with little to no direction from upper management. Capable of identifying new business opportunities and working with key accounts and the company to bring them to fruition. May represent or support AMIG on Cross Platform team and coordinate Cross Platform initiatives within AMIG Business Development areas. Manages the development and execution of agent strategic plans in order to maximize profitable growth, ensuring that business opportunities align with overall business & account strategies. Viewed as an expert by accounts with regard to product placement and market knowledge. Supports account managers as they act as central point of contact for issue resolution or any general inquiry. Identify decision-makers and key associates within an account and develop productive relationships with such individuals. Collaborates with other internal department leaders to resolve issues and fulfill opportunities (Marketing, Underwriting, Reporting Team, etc.). Gathers market and competitor intelligence and shares with internal staff. Identify and manage resolution of compliance corrective actions. Participate with client managers on monthly review calls with Team's assigned accounts; participate in annual planning sessions. Lead implementation plans for assigned projects impacting Team's owned accounts; ensure all parties involved are executing on commitments; ensure time schedules are met and final outcome meets company and account needs; inform key stakeholders of project progress and status. Prospect new partners and distribution Ensure new accounts are onboarded successfully Travel Required - Amount TBD but likely less than 15% Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Professional Insurance designation (CPCU, CIC) preferred Prefer 5

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
