We have an opening for a Retail Flooring Sales Specialist.
We are looking for a results-driven salesperson to help grow our location in Amelia, OH.
Our most successful employees are self-motivated, have a passion for serving customers, and enjoy problem solving.
An eye for design and/or experience with home remodeling can be helpful to hit the ground running, but not required.
Our training and mentorship programs will set up the right individual to build a very successful career with uncapped earnings potential.
Responsibilities Immerse yourself in all facets of the flooring industry, including detailed product knowledge, measure and estimating, and installation methods to become a flooring expert.
Stay up to date on the latest design trends, colors, and styles.
Ensure a wonderful experience by expertly guiding customers through the floor buying process, communicating clearly, and delivering on expectations.
Ability to develop and close business, grow sales, and meet showroom goals.
Experience working with both residential and commercial customers.
Prospecting or Networking with business development groups/local Chamber of Commerce required.
Pound pavement, host lunch & learns and prospect to develop commercial business.
Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Self-Motivated & Enthusiastic Good Computer skills (we use RFMS but will train) Excellent verbal and written skills
